The application for a Court interdict by the Mpumalanga Tourism and Parks Agency against illegal striking
employees who are members of NEHAWU at MTPA nature reserves has been granted.
The employees have embarked on an illegal strike which led to the closure of nature reserves under the
management of MTPA. The entity will urgently approach the South African Police Service (SAPS) to enforce
the court order for the operations to be restored.
