South African Tourism in partnership with the Mpumalanga Tourism and Parks Agency (MTPA), Ehlanzeni and Gert Sibande District Municipalities hosted the Quality Assurance workshop in the Province. The aim of the workshop was to provide information to the accommodation sector on Quality Assurance and the benefits of being graded by the Tourism Grading council. Registrations for grading were conducted on site. A number of trade attended the sessions. The workshops addressed the following topics:
