INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE AT INDABA 2017
The Mpumalanga Tourism and Parks Agency (MTPA) will be participating at the Indaba Trade Show which will take place from 16 -18 May 2017 at the Albert Luthuli International Convention centre in Durban. MTPA has deemed the show as one of the essential platforms in its efforts of promotion and positioning the destination.
Indaba has been offering exhibitors and delegates networking and sales opportunities. The event has run the same formula year after year - for over 25 years.
South African Tourism has therefore decided on a new approach with effect from Indaba 2014 which will promote business and create platform for tourism products and international hosted buyers to do business. International travel trade show best practice indicates that this is the optimal time for exhibitors and buyers to be out of the office.
The MTPA is inviting tour operators, travel agents and accommodation establishments to participate at Indaba 2017 under the MTPA stand. Once all applications are received the Indaba Selection Committee will sit to select qualifying businesses.
The following are the benefits for participating under MTPA stand:
· Exhibition space ( a desk and two chairs) with a facia board of company name and graphics
· MTPA will register participants on the Indaba website.
· MTPA will provide (2) name badges to each company for Indaba 2017
All selected businesses will be requested to contribute a commitment fee of R5000 for participation at Indaba 2017, selected products will be responsible for their own accommodation and travel arrangements.
