Elephants Walk is set on a Beautiful estate at the Crocodile Bridge entrance to the Kruger National Park, no more than 50 meters from the gate, one could not hope to find a more suitable base from which to explore the wonders of Kruger National Park! A mere four-hour drive from Johannesburg, Elephant Walk is the perfect stopover on route to Mozambique, or as a destination. This superb little retreat caters for the discerning tourist and business traveller. All accommodation is fully Self-Catering, but meals are available by prior arrangement. Rooms and units2 Family units which include: Two Bedrooms, Full Bathroom (Bath, Shower & Basin), Separate Toilet, Lounge (Cane furniture & 2 single beds if required), Complete Kitchenette, Huge veranda, Braai facilities, Under roof parking, On the river over looking the Kruger National Park, Main Bed rooms and lounge. 2 x 3 Sleeper Chalets which include: Thatched en-suite chalets with small fridge and coffee facilities, Air-conditioned, Private patio with braai and garden furniture. It`s River facing, with excellent views of river and Kruger National Park. There is fantastic game viewing, from all the chalets. Shared bush kitchen between 3 chalets. Each chalet has there own equipped locker. Three plate gas cooker.One Chalet has 3 single beds & the other 1x double bed and 1x 3/4 bedNdlovu - Log Cabin Raised on stilts to optimize the view over the Crocodile river and Kruger Park this en-suite executive style cabin is a must. Full climate control makes the hottest days a pleasure. The huge under thatch deck area ensures full shade for most of the day. Two 3/4 beds and a fold-down double sleeper couch offers luxurious sleeping for four persons. There is also a roof fan for those who do not prefer air conditioning. A fridge and coffee facility is inside the room. Next to the cabin under a huge Maroela tree is the braai facility and garden furniture. This chalet also shares the bush kitchen facilities with two other chalets.Imvubu - Log Cabin Raised on stilts to optimize the view over the Crocodile river and Kruger Park this en-suite executive style cabin is a must. Ingulule - Self-Catering Cabin 5 sleeper en-suite Luxury family log cabin on stilts. Excellent Kruger Park and Crocodile River view. Main is en-suite room with air-conditioning, king size bed and one single bed. Bathroom is on to the main bedroom. Second bedroom 2 single beds. (N.B. 2nd bedroom must make use the same bathroom onto main bedroom.) A very well equipped kitchenette on the under thatch deck compliments the self-catering facility of this unit. Second bedroom is equipped with only a roof fan and two single beds. Braai facility is right in front of the cabin 4 metres from the Kruger Park boundary and a table and bench under the cabin near the braai. You very often have big game like elephant and buffalo within 6 metres from you. This cabin is fully self-catering equipped.
