Creating an unsurpassed platform for a growing number of South African wineries and wine makers to represent their farms and the various wines on offer, a variety of audiences were treated to an array of some of the country’s most exquisite bouquet’s and flavours.
Attended by close to 1700 wine enthusiasts including English, Afrikaans, siSwati and isiZulu-speaking audiences, the 2018 FNB Mpumalanga Wine Show saw the two (2) day wine extravaganza sell over R250 000 worth of wine using the Shop@Show facility - converting wine tasting experiences into a cellar-stocking opportunity.
Designed to delight wine enthusiasts, both guru and novice, the annual wine event was a not to be missed wine show, showcasing the latest vintages, matured favourites and new wine accessories and gadgets now available on the market. Paired amongst the various wine-makers and tasting exhibitions was a selection of handpicked fine food and deli type products including olives, olive oils, cheeses, nougat, nuts and chocolates. While the order of the two (2) day wine showcase was an indulgence of food and beverage delights, the annual show also created the ideal platform for wine enthusiasts to sample and purchase the lasted and most innovative products, gadgets and associated merchandise new to the market.
Representing some of South Africa’s top wineries, the FNB Mpumalanga Wine Show allowed for winemakers to connect with their existing and prospecting palates, offering various wine tastings of more than two hundred and fifty (250) of the country’s finest wines.

Just four hours (4) outside of Johannesburg and Gauteng surrounds, far reaching wine connoisseurs joined the FNB Mpumalanga Wine Show making a long weekend trip out of the event staying at local game reserves and lodges in the region.
One of four (4) of the regional Wine Shows, namely the Eastern Cape, Mpumalanga, Capital City and Free State shows, the Mpumalanga Wine Show is directed by South African wine authority Michael Fridjhon and presented by OutSorceress Marketing, organisers of the country’s premier national and regional wine festivals.

On Thursday 26 July & Friday 27 July at the Sun Time Square in Menlyn Pretoria.
On Thursday and Friday, 2 and 3 August at Emoya Estate in Bloemfontein.
On Wednesday to Friday, 24 to 26 October at the Sandton Convention Centre on Maude Street in Sandton.
On Friday and Saturday, 30 November and 1 December at the Boardwalk Convention Centre in Summerstrand, Port Elizabeth.
